Events Calendar

We will incorporate books as much as we can with the younger attendees (which sometimes is not much!).
Otherwise, we will be doing a lot of active play designed to prepare our kids for kindergarten. This will include a lot of color recognition, counting and alphabet games. We will also do some singing and when possible, very simple crafts that will help develop their fine motor skills. We likely won't use up the full hour as attention spans are short at this age. Whenever we get finished, the kids can go into the main area and play with our collection of toys.

Join us with your children under the age of five to participate in this dynamic event!

Unplug yourself for a few hours and connect with others over a cup of coffee or tea. We will put out some coffee and tea. All you have to do is show up and socialize.

Join us for a fun time with stories, songs , games and activities in Spanish and English!

Hooks and Needles includes a group of people who enjoy fiber art. Come learn to crochet or knit. If you already know how, come work on your latest project while chatting with others.

Anyone attending can consider bringing snacks but certainly aren’t expected to.
